HPP administers four globally recognized Physical Tests. These tests adhere to specific criteria, ensuring the collection of precise data. The information gathered during these tests is filtered and presented to staff and players to gain a better understanding of where a player falls physically. While the tests themselves may not be exclusive, what sets us apart is the creation of leaderboards, offering our staff and players additional insights to effectively address strengths and weaknesses.

Athletes will start 15 meters away, reach full velocity at the starting point then run through 10 meters for stop time.

From a sprint starting position, the players sprint over a distance of 20 meters.

This test measures the change of direction and short-distance acceleration of the player in body control and change of direction.

The test is divided into stages. Each stage consists of a pair of 20-meter (66 ft) runs followed by 10 seconds of active recovery.
